Now a days almost every individual is stuck in a 9-5 Rat Race, where people wake up and rush for their Jobs , Colleges or anything in which they are involved with. But we, as a human being forget that to work or rather to get successful in our lives we need a healthy physical structure because a health physique is a medium of flow of positive energy.
So, If we millennia want to have a successful life ahead and we need to invest 30 mins daily to maintain our biggest asset “Our-Self”.
Few Very Simple exercises can help us to maintain our body and I am listing them below:
To stay Healthy, first thing we need to do is, to do cardio everyday. Its easy to follow and it regulates blood flow in the body. Hence, you feel stress-free and you feel good throughout the day. Few cardio exercises I will list below:
- Walking (Burns 300-400 Calories Per Hour)
- Running (Burns Around 600 Calories Per Hour)
- Cycling (Burns Around 600 Calories Per Hour)
- Rowing (Burns Around 840 Calories Per Hour)
- Swimming (Burns Around 600 Calories Per Hour) .
Try any of these in which you are comfortable with for 15 mins everyday and you will start finding good results accordingly.
Now, we will go through some more exercises which will provide you better results on strength and immunity.
Lets see accordingly:
After the cardio is over we need to do something which can strengthen our body and build some muscle, not mass. Power Exercises help us to look and feel better and it slowly builds muscle which will help us to stay strong in long run. Try the following :
- Push-ups (Start with 10 and increase it by 5 everyday)
- Pull-ups (Try to make it 5 for the first and then increase it gradually)
- Squats ( Start with 3 Sets of 10 Squats and increase it by 5 everyday)
Now, we have reached to the most principle key of ” Health and Fitness” and that is Diet: Come lets look upon it a bit:
This is the most dominant key if you want to stay healthy with minimum effort. Diet contribute almost 80% of the physique we carry. Eat Fresh Stay Fresh and Think Fresh. Eat crap and body will start show you its effects. We, the people of India loves oily, heavy and spicy food. It is definitely good to taste but certainly not a good meal for our health.In good words, Its not a healthy package. So we should schedule our food habitats with green vegetables and a bit of healthy foods.
Finally, ending up today’s session with the most essential part and that is nothing but “Hydration” which can be termed as Liquid Diet as well.
#4. Stay Hydrated:
Drink plenty of water to stay fit. There is a saying the more you drink, the more you stay fit. Staying hydrated helps us to stay fit in long run as because it helps to lose weight and keeps the blood pumping in your veins.
We need to drink plenty of water to stay fit but what if water bores us??
We can mix it up with different drinks the best way to replace water is to replace it with natural drinks like Coconut water, Orange Juice, Lassie or rater Sports drinks are too permitted by our health.
I know we all have gone through a lot of googling for staying fit without gym etc. etc.,
but as i have experimented over myself with 100% output and 0% Financial Investment.
These are the basic hacks or tricks we need to implement in our life to stay fit and active.
